Listed below are the Citrus Preliminary Pageants and information/directions on how to enter the 2025 International Citrus Pageant At-Large. If you do not live near a Citrus Preliminary, please apply at-large and advance directly to the 2025 International Citrus Pageant.

There are Local/State/Regional Citrus Preliminary Pageants or you may be appointed an At-Large City/County/State/Country Cirus Title and directly compete in the 2025 International Citrus Pageant and Model Search, Orlando, FL.

The Citrus Pageant and Model Search is a natural pageant system. At the Citrus Preliminary Pageants, each contestant is only required to compete in formal attire only. At the International Pageant, each contestant competes in 3 competitions: Private Interview, Citrus Wear, and Formal Attire. There are no contracts so winners may compete in any other pageants.

Citrus Preliminary Pageant & Model Search Information:

Age Divisions:

Little Miss Citrus: 0-11 months, 12-23 months, 2-3 years, 4-6 years, 7-9 years

Little Mister Citrus: 0-35 months, 3-6 years
Mister Citrus Preteen: 7-12 years

Miss Citrus Preteen: 10-12 years

Miss Citrus Junior Teen: 13-15 years

Mr. Citrus Teen: 13-19 years

Miss Citrus Teen: 16-19 years

Miss Citrus: 20-29 years

Mr. Citrus: 20 years and up

Ms. Citrus: 30-49 years

Ms. Citrus Classic: 50 years young and up


Note: Each Contestant competes in the age division as of his/her age on January 23, 2025 as that is the national cut-off date for the age requirements.

 

Schedule:

10:00 a.m.: Please arrive to check-in to receive contestant number. Dressing area will be provided for all contestants. Stage will be set up in ballroom if anyone wants to practice.


11:00 a.m.: Formal Wear Competition and upon completion, we will announce the 2 Winners per age division, Runner-ups, and Optional Winners.  

 

Preliminary Pageant Entry Fee:

$125.00. Includes Pageant entry fee and the 3 Optional Categories  
- Most Beautiful/Most Handsome Face (judged onstage)
- Supermodel (judged on stage)
- Fashionista/Fashion Icon (judged on stage)

 

NOTE: These three optional titles will only be given to one person in the entire pageant, not in each age division. These awards are included in the $125.00 entry fee.

 

Preliminary Pageant Category:

There is only one phase of competition!

Please arrive in your formal attire, if possible, a changing area will be provided. Citrus is a Natural Pageant and we ask that all Formal Attire be Natural/Sunday's Best or Special Occasion in style.

 

Formal Attire only. All age divisions compete in Formal Attire, it is the only competition.

The formal attire for girls (ages 0-11 months, 12-23 months, 2-3 years) must be Sunday best or Holiday Dress. No Pageant dresses or Cupcake dresses are allowed. Rhinestones are not allowed on Sunday Best or Holiday Dress. Sequins are allowed.

Girls ages 4-6. 7-9 years, 10-12 years, 13-15 years, 16-19 years, 20-29 years, 30-49 years, and 50 years and up may wear a short or long dress. High/Low dresses are allowed, these are dresses that are short in the front and long in the back. The dresses may have embellishment, rhinestones, sequins, or illusion.

Formal Attire for the boys should be a suit, tuxedo, or pants/dress shirt, any color/style is allowed.

Each contestant may spend up to 60 seconds on the stage. There will be 4 X’s on the stage and each contestant will hit each X.

 

Prizes:

  • The WINNER in each age division receives FULL ENTRY FEE PAID ($495.00 value) to the 2025 International Citrus Pageant and Model Search, custom Citus crown, sash, trophy. These winners will be announced and celebrated on all Citrus Productions social media!
     
  • We will award 3 Runners-up in each division. These Top 5 Finalists will receive FREE ENTRY ($495.00 value) to the 2025 International Citrus Pageant and Model Search and a trophy.

    •  

  • We will announce the 3 Optional Category Winners in each age division as they receive FREE ENTRY ($495.00 value) to the 2025 International Citrus Pageant and Model Search and a custom sash and Olympic style medal.

  • All participants will receive a special gift and their entry fee of $495.00 paid to attend the 2025 International Citrus Pageant and Model Search.

    Note: In receiving a FREE ENTRY ($495.00 value), each contestant is responsible for a $285.00 registration fee that covers 2 admission tickets, picture in the Citrus Program Book, copy of the Citrus Program Book, Citrus Interview shirt, Citrus Tote bag, and the International Finals video!

     

Hair and Make-up Rules and Regulations:

There is no hair extensions or make-up allowed on 0-11 months, 12-23 months, 2-3 years, 4-6 years, or 7-9 years. Light and pretty make-up and hair extensions are allowed are 10 years old and up.

Admission Tickets:

$10.00 per for adults, $5.00 for children (6-12 years). There is no admission charge for children 5 years and under. Contestants do not need an admission ticket. One parent on the 0-11 months, 12-23 months, and 0-35 months BOYS will receive one complimentary ticket.

 

International Pageant Information:

If the Citrus Tour is not traveling to a city near you or you cannot attend, you may register for the 2025 International Citrus Pageant and Model Search and receive an at-large title.

- Attend the International Citrus Pageant At-Large:

If you are unable to attend one of the Open Citrus Preliminary Pageants or you simply do not live in close proximity to one of the Citrus Preliminary Pageants, you may advance directly to the International Citrus Pageant. We will offer you a FULL ENTRY FEE (a $495.00 value) PAID. The only mandatory fee is a $335.00 registration fee that will cover Citrus Crown, Citrus Banner,  2 admission tickets, a Citrus interview shirt, your picture in the Citrus Program Book, a copy of the Citrus Program Book, Citrus Tote Bag and the International Finals video.
